**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents 2 and 3 to register an FIR against respondent No. 4 under Sections 420/467/468/471 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had purchased the land measuring 01 Kanal 18 Marlas from Raj Bir Singhrespondent No. 4 vide sale deed dated 26.6.2020. He further submits that Raj Bir Singh-respondent No. 4 sold some part of the said land to one Harjit Singh vide sale deed dated 16.1.2020. Learned counsel further submits that for redressal of her grievance, the petitioner has also moved representations (Annexures P-3 and P-4) to respondent No. 2 but to no effect. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. In the present case, the petitioner has sought registration of FIR against respondent No. 4. The Hon'ble Apex Court in M.Subramaniam and another versus S.
