(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.295 dated 12.09.2000 registered under Sections 342, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Nakodar, District Jalandhar, and order dated 28.01.2004 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Nakodar, whereby petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender in the aforesaid FIR.

Heard.

In the fitness of things, without commenting on the merits of the case, petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court within one month from today and his bail application, if moved, on merit shall be decided within next seven days.
