After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the instant petition to raise all the pleas, before the learned trial Court at an appropriate stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 3.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners are working as a lecturer/Master in the Department of Education, Government of Punjab and are unable to appear before the trial Court on each and every date of hearing.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties on this aspect. 5.
