RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in cross version recorded vide DDR No.34 dated 13.06.2018 under Sections 323, 324, 148, 149 IPC and later on added Sections 326 and 325 IPC at Police Station Nurmehal, District Jalandhar in case FIR No.44 dated 12.06.2018 registered under Sections 302 and 34 IPC at Police Station Nurmehal, District Jalandhar.

On instructions from the ASI Jagdev Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 17.10.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
