RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in pursuance to order dated 13.02.2015, the petitioner has joined the investigation. However, learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Avtar Singh and duly assisted by Mr. G.S. Kler, Advocate, counsel for the complainant, states that the petitioner has not facilitated recovery of gold ornaments. CRM-M No. 4793 of 2015 between the parties in the year 2002. Two children took birth from this wedlock who are 11 years and 5 years of age and they are living with the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the complainant states that wife has already resorted to the filing of divorce petition as well as petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. which are statedly pending before trial Court.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, interim order dated 13.02.2015 is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of.
