Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 438, Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Kamlesh, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 5 of the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971, in a case arising out of FIR No.0059, dated 25.01.2015, registered at Police Station, Sadar, Hisar.

In view of the above, order dated 18.05.2015, whereby ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner, is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
