**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 21.12.2016 of this Court, the petitioners were directed to appear/surrender before the learned trial Court and the trial Court was required to admit them to interim bail.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petiitoners has placed on record the copy of order dated 06.01.2017, which would reveal that the petitioners have appeared and bail & surety bonds furnished by them, in pursuance of the pointed order of this Court, were attested and accepted by the trial Court.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have appeared before the trial Court, the order dated 21.12.2016 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute and accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioners shall be bound by the conditions imposed by the trial Court.
