Ritu Bahri, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to respondent No. 1 to provide complete break up of pending taxes after adjusting the amount held non-leviable by the licensing authority, vide order dated 13.04.20222 (P-2). In this regard, petitioner has given legal notice dated 08.04.2023 (P-3) but no action has been taken till date.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Saurabh Kapoor, Additional Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to respondent No. 1 to pass a speaking order on the legal notice dated 08.04.2023 (P-3) in accordance with law after taking into account order dated 13..04.2022 (P-2) within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
