ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.63 dated 25.03.2017 registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Dakha, District Ludhiana Rural. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 30.11.2017, the petitioner has already appeared before the trial Court, furnished the bail/surety bonds and has also deposited the costs of Rs.5,000/-.

Counsel for the State has not disputed the factual position. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 30.11.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
