Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) CM Nos.12080-CWP & 12081-CWP of 2024 The applications have been filed to advance the date of hearing, and dispose of the petition with a direction to the third respondent to declare the petitioners' selection result for the post of TGT English, pursuant to Advertisement No.2/23, dated 21.02.2023, since in terms of clarification, dated 21.09.2016, Annexure A-3, the Commission has already considered higher qualification in the same line, i.e., M.A. English possessed by the petitioners, as valid qualification for the post in question. 2.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the prayer made. 3.
