Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No. 4 & 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representations dated 10.2.2017 (Annexure P8) and dated 20.10.2017 (Annexure P9), respectively, to to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, District Amritsar, but the same remained unattended till now. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, District Amritsar, is directed to look into the representation dated 20.10.2017 (Annexure P9) and take required action, if any, as per law. With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
