Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition to enable the petitioner to surrender before the trial court in terms of order dated 04.02.2015. It is submitted that petitioner be permitted to surrender before the trial court within a period of one week from today. Dismissed as withdrawn.

In case the petitioner surrenders before the trial court within one week from today, his application for bail pending trial, if any, shall be decided by the learned trial court expeditiously preferably within three days. ( LISA GILL ) February 13, 2015.
