RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to official respondents no.2 and 3 to investigate the matter in proper and fair manner and register FIR against private respondent No.4 regarding snatching, threatening and for destroying the evidence. It is further prayed that respondent no.3 be directed to file an action taken report on the complaint filed by the petitioner.

It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 07.04.2023, Annexure P-4, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, Sr.DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State. After hearing the counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. the Superintendent of MEENU 2023.05.10 15:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
