(ORAL) This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners, namely; Rajinder Pal Sobti, Parmodh Sobti and Rajan Sobti, seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 154 dated 18.10.2014 registered under Sections 406/498-A IPC at Police Station City, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar.
When this case was listed on 08.01.2015, following order was passed:- "The learned counsel contends that respondent No.2 concealed the factum of her previous marriage. Notice of motion for 10.02.2015.
At the asking of the Court, Ms. Harsimrat Rai, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice. A complete copy of the paper book has been handed over to the learned State counsel, in the Court.

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest of the petitioners by the Arresting Officer, they shall be released on interim bail subject to the following conditions:- 1.
That they shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;
2.
That they shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer and;
3.
That they shall not leave India without previous permission of the Court."
After arguing for sometime learned counsel for the petitioners withdraws the instant petition qua petitioner No. 3-Rajan Sobti.
In view of the above, the instant petition qua petitioner No. 3 is dismissed as withdrawn.
On instructions from ASI Sunil Dutt, learned State counsel submits that petitioners No. 1 and 2, namely; Rajinder Pal Sobti and Parmodh Sobti have joined the investigation on 04.02.2015 and they are no more required for further investigation.
In view of the above and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the instant petition qua petitioners No. 1 and 2 is allowed and the interim bail granted to them vide order dated 08.01.2015 is made absolute and the petitioners shall abide by the conditions as enshrined in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
