(Oral) In compliance of the order passed by this Court, status-report dated 21.09.2021 of the Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Palwalrespondent No.5 has been filed, according to which, on the basis of the demarcation report dated 16.09.2020, after the decision of the legal notice on 18.08.2021, proceedings under Section 7 of the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961 for ejectment of 13 encroachers, who have been found, as per the said demarcation report, stands initiated and the next date of hearing is 14.10.2021 before the Assistant Collector 1st Grade-cum-Sub Divisional Officer, (Civil), Palwal.
In the light of the above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

persons, who are in illegal possession of the Gram Panchayat land. Let the petitioner approach the competent authority by way of a detailed representation highlighting the specific persons and the area under the illegal occupation by the said persons.
If such a representation is made, the same shall be considered by the competent authority and decision be taken thereon in accordance with law.
