*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of order dated 17.10.2018, the petitioner has joined investigation. Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Satpal has affirmed the factum of joining investigation and submits that he is not required now as the recovery has already been effected. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel, interim order dated 17.10.2018 passed by this Court in favour of the petitioner is made absolute. Petition is disposed of accordingly.

However, the petitioner is directed to join investigation, if required by the Investigating Officer.
