JAISHREE THAKUR, J.(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to the officials respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to take action against respondents Nos. 4 to 6. In this regard she has also approached the authorities by way of representation dated 27.10.2017 (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 27.10.2017 (Annexure P-1), in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

Mr. Davinder Bir Singh, learned D.A.G., Punjab, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Three copies of the petition be handed over to him by learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day failing which no action is called for. He submits that the representation dated 27.10.2017 (Annexure P-1) will be decided within a period of six weeks.

Without going into the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 27.10.2017 (Annexure P-1), within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order and take necessary action in accordance with law.
