This petition has been filed under Articles 226/ 227 of Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus, order or direction to respondents No. 2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondent Nos. 5 and 6. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that the statements of the petitioners have been recorded that they are not apprehending any threat or danger from respondents No. 5 and 6.
