HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant revision petition has been filed against the judgment dated 05.06.2009 passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Karnal, vide which respondent No.2 has been acquitted and judgment dated 16.12.2011 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Karnal, whereby the appeal against the acquittal has also been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.2 Lakhpat son of Bija Ram resident of Village Pundari, Police Station Gharaunda, District Karnal has expired on 19.09.2014. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
