**** MEHINDER SINGH SULLAR , J.(oral) What cannot possibly be disputed here is that son of petitioner No.1 is still absconding in a murder case registered against him along with his other co-accused, vide FIR No.681 dated 24.08.2013, under Section 148, 149 and 302 IPC and Section 25 of The Arms Act, by the police of Police Station Sector 7, Faridabad. Therefore, the police has the statutory power to investigate the murder case in accordance with law. As no ground, much-less cogent, to entertain this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is made out, therefore, the same is hereby dismissed as such, in the obtaining circumstances of the case.
