Criminal Misc. No. M-44994 of 2017(O&M) -2District Amritsar and cross version arising of the said FIR under Sections 452, 354A, 323, 149 IPC may be transferred from Sessions Division, Amritsar to Sessions Division, Tarn Taran. In the light of the same and in the interest of justice, the trial of the aforesaid case is hereby ordered to be transferred from Sessions Division, Amritsar to Sessions Division, Tarn Taran. The case file be placed before the learned District & Sessions Judge, Tarn Taran who may allocate the same to the court of competent jurisdiction. Learned District & Sessions Judge, Amritsar is directed to send complete records to the learned District & Sessions Judge, Tarn Taran.
