Therefore, he seeks to withdraw this petition as exemption from personal appearance has been granted by the learned trial court merely on the ground of the said transfer order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to bring this fact to the notice of the learned trial court. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. ( LISA GILL ) February 14 , 2017.
