(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.23 dated 21.02.2017 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 IPC at Police Station Lehra, District Sangrur. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Malkiat Singh, submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of acceptance of cancellation report by learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate vide order dated 18.12.2018.
