Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 & 3 for taking action on the application (Annexure P2), filed by the petitioner as he apprehends threat to his life and that of his children at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 7. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner moved an application/representation dated 01.05.2019 (Annexure P2) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, but the same remained unattended by now. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Rajat Bansal, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to him during the course of the day.
