At the outset, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that the matter has been compromised in between the parties and he has no objection, in acceptance of this petition and quashing FIR No. 139 dated 06.07.2017 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 452, 323, 427, 506, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Jandiala, Amritsar (Rural) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Considering no objection of respondent No. 2-complainant in quashing the aforesaid FIR and the fact that the compromise will bring RISHU KATARIA 2018.11.17 15:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-45001-2017 -2harmony and peace in relations between the parties, this petition is allowed. Consequently, the aforesaid FIR No. 139 dated 06.07.2017 (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, qua the petitioners are quashed, subject to payment of costs of `10,000/-, out of which `7,000/- shall be deposited with the High Court Legal Service Committee and `3,000/- with Bar Association, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, within a period of two weeks' from today, failing which this petition shall be deemed to be dismissed. List on 14.12.2018, for production of receipts regarding deposit of costs.
