Mr. Manuj Nagrath, Advocate, for the petitioners. ***** SUDHIR MITTAL, J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed for quashing of complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 as well as order dated 31.10.2022 whereby the petitioner has been declared a proclaimed person. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner may be granted one opportunity to join the proceedings subject to payment of reasonable costs.

The submission is accepted. Petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on or before 19.05.2023 and seek regular bail. In case, such an application is filed, the same shall be allowed provided the petitioner produces the proof of deposit of Rs.50,000/- in the PGIMER's Poor Patient Welfare Fund.
