(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking directions for protection of life and liberty and for protection of possession over land measuring 126 kanal 3 marla situated in village Aur District SBS Nagar at the hands of respondent No.7 as well as his agents and the local police officials of Police Station Mukandpur as well as higher Police officers for trying to take forcible possession of the land owned and possessed by petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition.
