This is a contempt petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for punishing the respondents for disobeying the order dated 14.02.2019 (Annexure P-1) passed in Petition No.89 of 2018.

Compliance affidavit of Sunil Kumar Aggarwal, President, Kamla Lothia Sanatan Dharam College, Subhash Nagar, Daresi Road, Ludhiana, filed in the Court today, is taken on record. Registry is directed to scan and tag it at an appropriate place.

Counsel for the respondents submits that 14.02.2019 (Annexure P-1) passed in Petition No.89 of 2018 has since been complied with and necessary payment has been made to the petitioner, as would decipher from the receipts attached with the aforesaid compliance affidavit. 4.

Counsel for the petitioners has not even disputed the RAJNEESH SHARMA 2024.04.30 05:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document aforesaid fact.

In view of the above, the present petition is rendered infructuous and dismissed, as such.
