Keeping in view the fact that the applicant is in custody since 26.1.2022 as also the fact that 10, out of total 18 prosecution witnesses stand examined, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and complete the same expeditiously, preferably within 6 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
