(Oral) The precise grievance of the petitioner is that after registration of F.I.R No. 138 dated 25.11.2014 u/s 326/323/148/149 IPC, the investigation is not being carried out so far by the respondentpolice. A representation dated 04.01.2015 (P-1) has been given in this regard to S.S.P, Moga. Till date, no action has been taken on the representation given by the petitioner.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of by giving a direction to respondent No. 3 to look into the representation dated 04.01.2015 (P-4) and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, if the representation has been received by their office.
