(Oral) The petitioner has sought the relief for anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of FIR No.45 dated 16.03.2025 under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340, 61(2) of BNSS, 2023, registered at Police Station Patran, District Patiala.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jagtar Singh, has apprised the Court that in compliance of the order dated 21.04.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required.
