Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of case FIR No. 148 dated 31.10.2017 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 363, 366 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Majitha, District Amritsar (Rural), Amritsar and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such as it is stated that all the accused persons have been acquitted vide judgment dated 15.03.2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar. 3.
Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid fact. 4.
In view of the above, present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
