After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition. He, however, submits that the respondent No.4 has not been complying with the impugned order dated 24.12.2024 passed by the Maintenance Tribunal, inasmuch as the maintenance amount awarded thereunder has not been paid to the petitioner.

As prayed for, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Insofar as the grievance regarding non-payment of maintenance is concerned, no material has been placed on record to substantiate the same. Accordingly, liberty is granted to the petitioner to re-access the Maintenance Tribunal for appropriate relief, in the event of non-compliance by the respondent No.4 with the order awarding maintenance.
