**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking issuance of a direction to the official respondents to register FIR against respondent No.5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that aggrieved against the behaviour of respondent No.5, the petitioner moved representation dated 6.12.2016 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.3 but the said representation has not been decided so far. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that at the present moment the prayer made is limited for issuance of a direction to respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to take action on the representation dated 6.12.2016 (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioner.

Mr. Mikhail Kad, learned AAG, Punjab is directed to accept notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4. Let two copies of the petition be served upon him during the course of the day. Learned counsel for the State submits that the representation dated 6.12.2016 (Annexure P-2) will be decided as expeditiously as possible.
