In pursuance of order dated 15.09.2016, SHO Hansraj is present in the Court and filed his reply by way of affidavit stating therein that he had joined on 02.09.2016 and prior to him, Jaibir was working as Inspector/SHO, P.S. Central Faridabad.

In pursuance of order dated 02.08.2016 passed by this Court, ASI Braham Singh visited to Deputy Registrar, Birth and Death, M.C, Palwal on 05.10.2016 and obtained record of death certificate of the appellant. As per death certificate (R-1), the appellant died on 05.01.2015 and his entry was registered bearing Registration No. 61 dated 21.01.2015. Thus, the undersigned has no knowledge regarding directions passed by this Court. Keeping in view the reasoning given in the affidavit of SHO Hansraj who is present in the Court, this Court is satisfied that he was not at fault and his affidavit is thus accepted.
