(Oral) This is the second petition, filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.162, dated 3.6.2021, Police Station Punhana, District Nuh(Mewat), under Sections 186, 188 and 353 IPC. The first petition i.e. CRM-M-27670-2021 was disposed of vide order dated 20.9.2021 (Annexure P-7) by passing the following order: "After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to bring to the notice of the Investigating Agency all the objections which the petitioners have qua the FIR in question for free and fair investigation, at this stage.

Ordered accordingly."
