HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C with a prayer for protection of life and liberty of the petitioner and his all family members from respondent Nos.4 and 5, as well as the local Police authorities who are acting on their behest, further prayer is for direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate action in case FIR No.421 dated 11.10.2017 under Sections 302, 328,34 IPC and Police Station Sadar Sonipat (Annexure P-1).

Learned State counsel submits that in the instant case, the cancellation report stands filed in the trial Court and this fact has not been refuted by learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with the liberty to avail his legal remedies in accordance with law.
