**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.260, dated 01.04.2024, under Section 21-B of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985 and during investigation Section 27-A of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act (added later on), registered at Police Station Sadar Hisar, District Hisar.

This Court vide order dated 09.05.2024, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to her joining the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 09.05.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Krishan Kumar does not controvert the said fact and further submits that further custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. In view of the above, the order dated 09.05.2024 is made absolute.
