NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the State after taking instructions from HC Jai Singh of Police Station, Tauru, District Mewat, submits that two policemen have been deputed at the house of the petitioner for his protection. He further submits that out of nine nominated accused, four have been arrested and remaining five have been declared as proclaimed offenders. The prosecution would file the charge-sheet (challan) at the earliest.
