CRM-45989-2018 Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 133 dated 9.3.2018, registered under Sections 10 of POCSO Act, Police Station Sector 58, District Faridabad. Counsel for the petitioner states that the wife of the petitioner and the daughter are present in the Court and they have denied that any complaint was made and a compromise was effected. Counsel further submits that they have placed on record the sale deeds to show that the victim had received some property from her grandmother and the maternal uncle has an eye on that property and the daughter has been used to make a GURPREET SINGH 2018.12.15 13:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

State counsel informs that though in the FIR the victim was 14 years old, who had made allegations of improper touching by the father when the child was alone and she had also stated that she did not want to live in that house and wanted her to be shifted to a Children Home but when she was produced before the Magistrate, she had made allegations of rape. In the light of the above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

The petition is dismissed.
