(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No. 218 dated 24.09.2018 registered under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station Dehlon, Police Commissionerate Ludhiana, District Ludhiana.

On instructions from ASI Jagroop Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 17.10.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
