RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No. 193 dated 29.08.2018 registered under Sections 21, 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Chheharta, District Amritsar. On instructions from ASI Sarbjit Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 17.10.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
