The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of show cause notice dated 18.04.2024 (Annexure P-3).

On being asked, Mr.J.S.Ghuman., Advocate concedes that the petitioner has right and opportunity to file reply to show cause notice, however, he submits that the competent authority is likely to pass an order without considering his reply and granting him opportunity of hearing. 3.
