The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.16 dated 23.02.2016 registered under Sections 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Baghapurana, District Moga and all subsequent proceedings arising out of the said FIR.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as in the interregnum the petitioner has since been acquitted vide judgment dated 17.08.2019. 3.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
