(Oral) Report of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Amritsar dated 17.3.2015 has been received whereby the petitioners-accused Abhishek Kumar Dhingra, Yogesh Kumar Dhingra, Rajender Kumar Dhingra, Kamlesh Rani, Shivani, Raj Kumar and Baldev Raj have effected compromise with the complainant side consisting of complainant Monika and Sunaina and as per the satisfaction recorded by the learned court, this compromise is an outcome of voluntariness and without any coercion or undue pressure. Being matrimonial dispute, this settlement will go long way in the rehabilitation of the young couple and in view of which the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No. 69 DALBIR SINGH TIWANA 2015.03.31 15:35 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh
