Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed for quashing of FIR No.50 dated 01.06.2021 under Sections 354-D, 506 and 34 IPC registered at Police Station Bakshiwal, District Patiala (Annexure P1) and all subsequent proceedings arising there from on the basis of compromise.

Order sheets show that even on the last date of hearing i.e. 09.02.2023, no one had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners. Today also no one appears on behalf of the petitioners. Present petition accordingly stands dismissed for nonprosecution.
