" the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.70 dated 18.07.2013 registered at Police Station Women, District Ludhiana under Sections 406/498A/34 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
