(ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2-Commission to award one mark of Question No.70 of paper Code "P" of written examination for the post of Clerk against advertisement dated 20.06.2019 category No.1 (Annexure P-1) as answer of the petitioner is correct, whereas respondentCommission has marked it as incorrect/wrong. 2.

Respondent No.2-Haryana Staff Selection Commission, Panchkula (hereinafter referred to as "the Commission") on 20.06.2019 invited applications for the post of Clerk. Petitioner, being eligible, applied for the same and participated in the selection process. Objections were invited by the Commission by issuing answer key. Accordingly, petitioner filed objection against Question No.70 of Paper Code "P" along with proof. Final result was declared on 03.09.2020. As per result, he has been awarded 62 marks in the written test and 05 marks of socioeconomicwere not awarded. Feeling aggrieved, he preferred CWP No.16602 of 2021 before this Court which was disposed of vide order dated 25.04.2022. Pursuant thereto, respondent-Commission has issued notice calling the candidates for document verification for revising the final result.

Petitioner also submitted representation dated 23.05.2022 (Annexure P-16) requesting the respondent-Commission to decide the objection and grantone mark for the same, but the same has not been adverted till date. Hence, the petition.

On advance service, learned State counsel appears and submits that a decision will be taken by competent authority, either way, on the pending representation dated 23.05.2022 (Annexure P-16). 5.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks decision on the pending representation, as suggested by learned State counsel.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the representation dated 23.05.2022 (Annexure P-16) of the petitioner and pass an administrative order, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible but not later than declaration of the final result. 8.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to give supplementary representation in case he wishes to place some additional material on record.

Disposed of.
