This petition is of the year 2017. Perusal of order sheets reveals that on 01.05.2023, there was no representation on behalf of either of the parties. Thereafter, on the last date of hearing following order was passed by this Court:- "Learned counsel for the respondents submits that vide order dated 21.03.2017 (Annexure P5), learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jind has granted Rs.10,000/- per month as maintenance to the respondents. It is further submitted that revision petition filed by the petitioner against said order dated 21.03.2017 has also been dismissed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jind vide order dated 08.09.2017 (Annexure P6). It is further submitted that not a single penny has been paid by the petitioner to the respondents since the passing of order dated 21.03.2017.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

In pursuance to aforesaid last order, office report received shows that learned counsel for the petitioner has been informed through e-mail about the date fixed. However, today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition, and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
