In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sri Muktsar Sahib, to take appropriate action on the complaint dated 03.11.2017 (Annexure P-1). 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset contends that the purpose of the instant petition would be achieved, if respondent No. 2, is directed to decide complaint Annexure P-1, moved by the petitioner.

In view of the above, respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sri Muktsar Sahib, is directed to look into the matter and decide complaint Annexure P-1, moved by the petitioner, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to him, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
